Grades or Subjects Taught - 5th & 6th Grade Education - Bachelor of Liberal Studies in English and Creative Writing from University of Mary Washington. Alternative Teacher Certification for State of Virginia from Shenandoah University. Currently working on my Master in Education from Schreiner University. Years at St Robert Bellarmine Academy - 2 years. Interests and Hobbies - Cooking, traveling, music, reading, visiting National Parks. Favorite Book - Mary was Her Life: The Story of Vulnerable Maria Teresa Quevedo. Favorite Thing About St Robert's - I love that St Roberts is a school that forms a tight-knit community. One where children across grades know one another, help each other, and become family for years. Most importantly, it is a place here souls are nourished and formed in the faith, making it much more than just a school of academics. Favorite Thing About Teaching: I love teaching 5th and 6th Grade because I enjoy guiding these students through their successes, bumps in the road, and the every day routine. It is very rewarding to see these students gain confidence in their abilities and mature across the span of these two grades. Central to all this, is the deep joy I have in being part of a community of teachers that helps form these students in their faith.
